There has also been a recent increase in cases in the community. Please remember to practice good hand hygiene, social distance when possible and stay home when you are not feeling well. We also ask that if you test positive and have been in the facility visiting within 48 hours of your symptom onset/positive test, that you contact your loved ones case manager so we can monitor them more closely in the days following.

Know the symptoms of COVID-19

If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you postpone your visit for 10 days from the start of your symptoms or from the exposure.

 

If you are recovering from COVID-19, please refrain from visiting for 10 days after the start of your symptoms or 10 days following your positive test (if you do not have any symptoms).

 

Guidance in nursing homes/assisted livings is different from the guidance for the general public due to the vulnerable population we serve.
